Are there fees associated with RYC Crew Placement services?

Like all legitimate placement agencies, we have placement fees, but we are proud to offer rates significantly lower than industry standards—and even lower for our full management clients!

Do RYC crew placement services include contract negotiations?

Absolutely. Our job is to work with owners, captains, and potential crew to ensure all parties are happy with the contract parameters.

What length of contracts do you offer?

Contracts can vary widely but typically range from seasonal (a few months) to permanent (year-round).

How is Crew Placement different from Crew Management?

Our Crew Placement team is dedicated to finding the perfect fit between owners/captains and crew and ensuring both parties have their needs met. Once hired, our Crew Management team assists with payroll and certifications and liaises between parties.
