About Us
Small But Mighty
Reardon Yacht Consulting started as a dream in Michael’s living room, imagining what the Yacht Management experience could be like if client comfort and personal rapport took a front seat. Since then, we’ve grown but remain determined to disrupt the assumption that white glove service needs to feel sterile.
We have built a team big enough to take care of our clients’ every need but small enough to ensure a complete personal touch and level of dedication to you and your yacht. There is no getting lost in the shuffle or becoming a line item in a spreadsheet here; when you are with Reardon, you are with family.
Where Experience Meets Intuition
Our priority is giving our clients a bespoke experience with a personal touch. The best way to deliver that level of service is to build our team with experienced professionals who have been around the block and know how to navigate the wild waters of yacht management smoothly.
Our team comprises sailors, racers, Navy officers, naval architects, and dreamers. We’ve honed our skills and are here to bring a trained eye, honed intuition, and passion for yachting to you to ensure your experience at sea is nothing short of what you dreamed it could be.
Putting People First
Putting people first goes beyond hiring the best people for our team and prioritizing our clients’ yachting experience. It also applies to our relationships with Captains and crew. We know that happy, supported crew have longer and more successful tenures. We know that having a positive crew experience is vital to your safety, security, and pleasure. Whether you work with us for Crew Placement, Crew Management or consult with us regarding your crew options– we bring personal experience, professional experience, resources, and an eye for chemistry to ensure every member of our fleet feels adequately supported.

“There was something pure and simple about building a little boat in the garage at 13. Plywood, hardware, fiberglass, a 15-horse outboard, and a life jacket were the ingredients for adventure and a modicum of safety. Yachting is supposed to be enjoyable.”
