Are you wildly successful at matching people and jobs? We are looking for a full-time an experienced crew recruiter who sees successful client relations as paramount. This position will provide crew placement services for our superyacht clients; this covers all aspects of crew placement, from new recruits to the more seasoned crew members, working across all departments, including interior, galley, deck, and engineering. The role is a hybrid position split between home and our Fort Lauderdale office (each two to three days per week) but requires flexibility depending on the needs of the business.
